PCGS MS69 and MS70 are grades assigned by the Professional Coin Grading Service (PCGS) to evaluate the quality of uncirculated coins. An MS69 grade indicates a nearly perfect coin with very minor imperfections or blemishes that are barely noticeable. In contrast, an MS70 grade represents a perfect coin with no visible flaws under magnification, making it the highest grade possible for an uncirculated coin.
